Nick Pulsipher has been teaching instrumental music for over a decade. He earned his bachelor's in Music Education from the University of Northern Colorado, performing trumpet in multiple concert bands, jazz bands, and small ensembles. He earned his Masters in Music Education from Southern Utah University, where he focused on modern pedagogy and conducting techniques, and started playing the viola as an elective. He’s been in love with it ever since. In his career he has taught concert band, jazz band, guitar, music production, and orchestra. He has taught in Yuma AZ, West Jordan Utah, and is currently the band and orchestra director at Show Low High School. He has performed with various bands, orchestras, jazz bands and pit orchestras on multiple instruments including trumpet, tuba, euphonium, horn double bass, and electric bass He and his beautiful wife Rachel have four kids ages 7, 6, 3, and a newborn.
